Does it cost anything to participate? No, it's free of charge.

How can I participate? Complete the registration form & we will forward you materials & all the details.

Do we have to be a school to participate in the fundraiser? No. Any organization may participate in the fundraiser program.

How long does it take to get paid? Cheques are issued monthly. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your first payment.

Which cartridges are acceptable? We offer rebates for hundreds of cartridges, however only cartridges listed on our buyback list are accepted. If cartridges are shipped that are not on our list, dollars will de deducted from your payment due to excessive shipping costs. Only original cartridges (not remanufactured) and undamaged cartridges qualify for rebate. Review the buyback list for the most updated listing & pricing.

Rebate pricing? Prices on our Inkjet and Laser cartridge Rebate Listings do not reflect damaged cartridges. "Non-virgin" cartridges may not be eligible for rebate. Inkjet and Laser cartridge prices are subject to change without notice.

What do we do with the collection boxes after they are full? When the boxes are full, simply seal them, and contact us for a free pickup at 1-888-876-4449.

Should I throw away the original box that the cartridge came in? Yes, this allows you to get more cartridges in the shipping box (15-20). Please pack each cartridge carefully and tightly to protect during shipping.

It Pays To Recycle We pay for every eligible cartridge returned to us. It's simple, rather than throwing your used cartridges in the trash, we want to protect our environment.
